During the regular meeting, Miss Nada Mikati introduced the club members to the art of drawing on Porcelain. She started by explaining the difference between Porcelain and Ceramic. And she revealed the composition of the Porcelain: Kaolin, quartz and feldspath, which was a Chinese invention, kept secret from A.D. 800 till A.D. 1700 and first brought to Europe by Marco Polo.
After explaining the art of drawing on this media, she gave each club member a tea cup on which his/her name is written as a give-away gift. And she stressed on keeping the cups in the Club as a symbol of unity and consolidation. Thank you Nada.
