The outbreak of
COVID – 19 and the bad economic situation in Lebanon has left a lot of people
devastated. Many lost their jobs and
their only source of living.
To help
alleviate poverty and assist the needy in their city , Rotary Club of Tripoli partnered with the
Rotary Clubs of LA Cedars & Beirut Cedars in the FoodBox project .

members reached to their family and
friends in the Unites States to seek their donations and contributions .
Since July
, 382 boxes were distributed to the
needy people all around Tripoli.

is grateful for all the support that is
being offered by so many people who are working hard to take care of vulnerable
people in our community.
