Presided by Eng. Tony Kahhaleh, Rotary club of Tripoli was honored by
the presence of Prof.Layla Maliha Fayad, president of CDRP who presented a
highly valuable lecture about special needs people and their education in
El-Aseel hall at Quality Inn hotel in Tripoli.
A 35 minute lecture was enough to have a clear general view about the
issue and to raise questions among schools directors, teachers, NGOs and
Rotarians who attended the lecture.
