Our fellow rotrian, I.P. Tony Kahhaleh presented the planning guide for the Rotary year 2013-2014. I.P. Tony gave us a detailed explanation of the various sections that contained the planning guide, he also stressed that this planning is based on the “SWOT analysis” taking into consideration the new vision of Rotray International  .
